Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. All orders ship from a US warehouse.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Lost or Stolen Packages: KneeReliefPro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered. If your package is missing please contact your carrier directly.
